WIP
We brought the idea of a group art exhibition at Neon to life by disseminating a call for submissions throughout the agency. We then selected and curated the submissions for the show, arranging the work throughout the office.
Before we could do any of this, we needed a concept for the show. We landed on "WIP," or "work in progress," because we wanted to encourage participants to contribute their work without feeling like they needed to achieve a level of finesse. To achieve this response, we used friendly and approachable language and design for all of our communications, and ultimately solicited work from more than a dozen employees at Neon.
