After conducting 2 rounds of market research with caregivers of children with high-risk neuroblastoma, we updated our messaging and data visualizations to optimize our caregiver brochure. Our 3 main areas of
focus were:
1. Infusing a warm, inviting, human-centered tone throughout the brochure
2. Ensuring that the information is clear and written/organized in a way that is easy to understand
3. Highlighting the aspects of the brand experience that are most important to the caregiver audience
